Tomorrow it’s going to be very hot - don’t forget to apply your sunblock! ☀️

• Did you know that sun block takes 30 minutes to take effect once you have applied?

• It is always best to use a lower SPF - factor 30 and re apply. The higher the SPF the more chemicals have been added and you are applying it into your skin.

• Did you know, that each factor SPF is the amount of time the sun block will protect your skin? Applying a factor SPF 30? You will need to reapply every 3 hours.

• Sunblock filters protect your skin from the different UV rays from the sun.
UVA ages your skin
UVB causes your skin to burn
