I am Shirley Frost - Head Coach, my highest qualifications : FIG Brevet Judge (international) and a SAGF Level 5 coach, whilst travelled internationally for judging as well as coaching. I've developed a total of 19 Protea gymnastics with my gymnasts highest achiev

ement of receiving bronze overall at a international world championships. I've been involved in gymnastics for over 40 years and its one of my deepest passions as well as being mentored by international top coaches such as Kelli Hill(USA) , Mihai Brestyan(USA), Eva Szloboda(HUN) , Hardy Fink(CAN) , Desi Bogusheva(POR) and many more. I am Micayla Frost, I am a Protea gymnast, I've competed at various international competitions. My highest qualifications : FIG level 4 judge(African Brevet) and SAGF level 2 coach. I've been involved with gymnastics from the young age of 5, my calling is to help coach gymnasts to their full potential whilst including a joy for the sport. I've been mentored by international top coaches such as Kelli Hill(USA), Eva Szloboda(HUN) , Hardy Fink(CAN) , Desi Bogusheva(POR), Wesley Jones(USA) and many more..
