Kung Fu Kids Fun activities, physical fitness and development, self confidence, strength, flexibility toughness, We take kids from 4 - 12 years old.

Kung Fu Kids is a program that focuses on the development of children using tried and tested methods in the age old traditions of self-discipline through mental and physical activities. Do don’t just make our students DO martial arts as an activity to waste the energy, we focus on them learning the values that the martial arts teaches, which filters through into all works of their lives. The side

effects of studying the martial arts are; self-defense, mental and physical alertness, self-discipline, physical fitness, agility and flexibility, natural strength and development, confidence, etc. There after they may join into the adult classes for further study.
