We will be kicking off (pun intended) with a Pilates class on Monday afternoons at 5h30pm, starting from Monday 7 February 2022. R100 per person. We have missed you all so much.
Fast Fitness will be opening again from Wednesday the 19th of August at 5am. Our gym is the perfect place to train in a safe space, with our outdoor training area and fully equipped private rooms, allowing for maximum social distancing. All Covid protocols will be in place. We cannot wait to welcome you back.
