How quickly has the year flown by! Our annual National Age Group Competition have come to East London for the very first time! A first away tour for many of our girls as well. We thank the parents for their patience and support while preparing for the event and during the competition week. Last day tomo! 💪💪

Our senior girls Tiffany, Leah and Ella was privileged to be invited to be part of a special birthday celebration in Ballito a fortnight ago. A stunning venue and tasteful setting made our girls' performance even more outstanding. How quickly time flies! We are well into March 2023 and here's a quick recap on our annual Age Group Competition from December. The entire team boarded at College House and boy did we had fun!

This past weekend we also see some new talents in our 2023 competition.

Ever wanted to give Artistic Swimming a try? Well now is your chance!

Olympic Artistic Swimmer Laura Jayne Strugnell and her new duet partner Jess Hayes Hill will be hosting a workshop in Durban on 25/26 FEB at the Durban North Pool. (follow them on Instagram )

Who can attend?
The workshop is open to anyone aged 7+ who wants to learn more, refine their skills or just try it out. (Beginners must be swimming safe)
