PARAGON is a person or thing regarded as the perfect example of a particular quality, and this is the quality we try to achieve everyday in our gym. We are a group of fitness professionals and enthusiasts, who instruct and participate in a variety of training and sporting codes. CrossFit, hardstyle kettlebells, TRX suspension training, functional training, obstacle course racing and trail running

For those of you following us on social media, you'll be aware that Paragon Fitness is evolving. One of those changes is this page becoming Vengeance Strength and Conditioning, which will be for all things Weightlifting and CrossFit. Due to FB restrictions and bearocracy (understandable?) this evolution will take some time, so please bare with us as we update the page.

We've got some big changes coming up this month and next. One being that we're moving premises, to be able to offer more of what we love doing. The other being we are re-branding! Paragon Fitness/CrossFit RIED no more. We will be operating our CrossFit and weightlifting box as Vengeance Strength and Conditioning and our Kettlebell, calisthenics and primal movements gym as The IRON Movement. A duel facility of strength, conditioning and wellbeing. Let us know what you think of our new logos!

Our comprehensive 6-week beginners course, where we teach the fundamentals of CrossFit, Weightlifting and Hardstyle Kettlebell Lifting starts on the 4th of April. Learn in a fun group environment, coached by qualified CrossFit and StrongFirst instructors, Matt and Rhain.

You get 14 sessions over the 6 weeks, our branded shirt and the movement knowledge and confidence to tackle our standard group classes or to apply to your training at home. Cost is R900, if you sign up with a friend, you only pay R600 each!!! Classes run on a Wednesday and Thursday with the option of either the morning or the evening session
