Ukzn Aerobics Club ( HC & MS) it is a fun, exciting, groovey way of doing aerobics. come join us and have fun whilr losing weight and also firming!!! step in the right direction!!!!!!!

The Aerobics Club also offers various aerobics classes throughout the week such as step, kata box, free style, body conditioning and taebo, to mention but a few. Each class is designed for a certain level of experience and taught by a certified instructor with a specialty area related to their particular class. Classes are conducted in the Aerobics studio, CJ DINNING HALL,next to CJ Residence situ

ated in Howard College Campus. classes are Mondays to Fridays, 17h00-18h00, Monday and Thursday 06:00-07:00 and tuesday and thursay 13:00-14:00.

I eat, breath n love Aerobics such a great way to keep healthy and firm!! On our way to Pretoria Aerobics Marathon!!! I love this---as Sbu wus say 'IYO LE' see u guys there SAFIT Durban style!!!!
