In today’s fast paced lifestyle, it’s vital to have a consistent exercise routine, one that challenges you both mentally & physically. I believe in coaching my clients on how train properly & effectively, regardless of the circumstances....bottom line, NO EXCUSES!! So whether you train at a gym or prefer training outside, i’ll teach you how to use what you have at your disposal. to achieve your fitness goals. I believe in a balanced training program, one that encompasses various styles ie Body weight , equipment based etc, this is aimed at keeping the routine new & challenging.
