We’ve been keeping this one on the DL for long enough. It’s time we let you in on what’s been happening. It’s been a little over a month since we took ownership of the previously known, The yard functional. We saw an opportunity to bring a dream into reality and people that’s what we did!

I believe you’ve got to have skin in the game if you want to succeed at anything you do. 5 years in a public gym, 2 years running my own PT studio and now … may I present to you the next step on the journey… The Yard Fitness Centre. A facility dedicated to developing sporting excellence and lifestyle fitness for the athlete and general population.
