A Peaceful Pause is a nourishing half-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself. Through a soulful morning of movement, breathwork, meditation and mantra with Christie, followed by tea and integration, you'll create space to soften the nervous system and cultivate presence. The afternoon with Nicky invites deep rest through reflective journalling, gentle yin yoga, and a restorative Yoga Nidra practice. Together, we'll explore the practices of acceptance, contentment, and mindful presence, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply restored.
