On behalf of SGEGEDE TRAINING INSTITUTE, we sincerely apologize for the delays of service delivery for the last past years .The problem started when HWSETA was upgrading their systems. That period put us on hold we could not do anything; we couldnโt upload learners onto the ERP system we had to wait until they completed that cycle.
Learners couldnโt understand as they had hope of getting their credentials in time, so they can look for opportunities or continue with studies. Some learners and parents lost trust with the organisation.
We understand you depended on us to change your existence by upgrading your knowledge, to gain credits within the qualification, skills program in order to stretch the pathway. We deeply regret we failed to deliver the high standard that youโve come to expect from SGEGEDE TRAINING INSTITUTE.
We are taking this incident seriously. Once it was discovered, we took appropriate measures to ensure it will not happen again in the future. We have restructured the organisation and added the school council body (SCB). This wing consists of learner parents, community members, learners and other new staff members. The main purpose of SCB is to conduct monitoring and evaluation within the organisation. They will work hand in hand with SETA`s
SGEGEDE TRAINING INSTITUTE is now operating under new management.
