WHY WRESTLING : Wrestling develops agility, balance, speed, power, coordination and uses every major muscle group of the body. This is the one sport that can dramatically improve one’s ability to perform in all athletics.
Wrestling is a great sport because it creates one on one competition for everybody. The sport helps young athletes develop important qualities such as self confidence, respect, sportsmanship, work ethic and leadership skills. Champions in this sport come in all sizes.
