This is a workout that will give you the tone and endurance as well as the energetic upbeat cardio workout while you bounce. This fusion of toning & cardio is a unique experience that gets fat burning and fast results! PRENATAL
Pre and Postnatal Pilates is the best recipe to keep you in shape throughout every trimester, Not only will it keep you strong and flexible, but it’s the perfect antidote to the discomforts associated with your pregnancy. The added bonus! Pilates engages your deepest core muscles, pelvic floor, hips and spine, giving your body strength and resilience as your belly grows. You’ll develop muscle strength and memory that will help your body recover faster post-pregnancy.
