Personalized training is provided by qualified and highly experienced instructor; Sensei Cameron, in a professional Muaythai environment. Training programs can be tailored made to each student’s specific circumstances and requirements, from beginners to seasoned competitors, including women and children. My Goal is teach the fundamentals and tradi

tions of the ancient art of Muaythai, focusing on individual fitness and technique, thus enabling personal growth and maximizing each student’s potential. Consistency and perseverance will serve a student well during this experience and journey.

Guys & Jess trained hard this evening. Warm up, then action! Circuits, kicking, punching kicks on the move. Virtually non stop for the hour. Great job, stamina improving.
