Every year, prior to us getting into the Dojo and, from my football experience re: pre-season fitness training, we train for 2 weeks at the beautiful Essenwood Park on Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6pm.
Essenwood Park is about 1km from the KenkyuKai Dojo off Ridge Rd.
If anybody wanting to come over to Essenwood Park and train with us from this coming Tuesday (12th January 2016) is more than welcome! T-shirts, running shoes, shorts/tracks, a towel and something to drink is essential. This is not your normal training session but if you comfy elsewhere then.....
No obligations to join us at all.
