OFFICIAL CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT

The Riverside FC EXCO is proud to announce that we have reached a deal which will see the Riverside Ladies 1st Team compete in the SAFA eThekwini Regional League from the 2026 season.

We are delighted to make this announcement. It brings us one step closer to achieving the club’s vision of having our ladies team compete in the top tier of women’s football in the country, the HWB Super League. We are now only two leagues away from reaching that goal.

We know the journey ahead will require hard work, commitment, and consistency. The entire EXCO, management, and coaching team stand fully behind this vision of taking our ladies team to a professional level and achieving promotion to the HWB Super League.

In line with this exciting development, we are now providing an opportunity for players in the Durban North and surrounding communities who believe they have what it takes to trial for the team.
