My boot camp is concentrated mostly on cardio where we do weight loss, fitness and toning i work with time during my ( 1 ) hour sessions i do ( 1 / 2 / 3 )minute exercising which includes using the Abb wheel and resistance bands tyres ropes and only ( 2kg ) weights while training My motto is what you put in is what you get out My sessions are ( 5 ) days a week Monday to Friday R150 a month its out doors fresh air and its for men and woman so if you want to join feel free to come join us its at Bayview sports ground Bluff
