We did a survey in January and February this year about the mental side of cricket.

We surveyed 105 cricketers in KwaZulu Natal between the ages of 13 and 31 years old. The participants were either playing school cricket, club cricket, semi professional cricket, professional cricket and/or a combination of these.

See the picture to read some of the findings. It's pretty clear that we need to start having these conversations, and building programs to help our cricketers grow in this space🏏🙏
