Alex Mudge - Physical Trainer "Central stability for distal mobility" My training has its foundations in gymnastics, so I emphasize core strength and joint stability for optimal mobility.

Specialized training for those who need post-injury rehabilitation or conditioning, sport specific conditioning for strength and endurance, would like to lose weight or just embrace a more active lifestyle. I have trained individuals from all walks of life, from young athletes to those well into their golden years encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle. I incorporate a number of different tra

ining techniques including calisthenics, kettle-bells, and Swiss-ball training to obtain goals set out by each individual. Whether it be gains in strength, endurance, or flexibility; weight-loss, or even just improved functionality. I also have a keen interest in yoga and pilates, and utilize these movements for those requiring a more subtle approach to physical fitness.

The last couple of weeks have been good. Though things are hard on the professional side, slow progress is being made. There has, however, been plenty of opportunity to enjoy the the sea.

I'm still looking for gents over 50 years old who are surfing/physically active for more than 3 hours per week. I've seen half the number I need, spread the word.
