Is38H Audi 8V S3 booked in for a Stage 3 Insane Racing ECU file.

We started with a complete health inspection of the vehicle to ensure all components are within spec before tuning the vehicle.

Being a daily driven car and having no other hardware besides a downpipe, intake and the IS38H turbo, we calibrated the file with low timing and boost to avoid unnecessary strain on the motor.

After loading our file and completing final checks and diagnostics, we headed down to autotrix motorsport to see if we reached our clients' target of 260wkw.

Our final figures were 278wkw and 495nm of torque! Exceeding expectations by 18wkw with bare minimum bolt ons.

With the correct cooling and fueling mods, this setup is capable of up to 350wkw.

All ECU files are custom tuned to our clients' requirements and driving style to provide them with the ultimate driver experience in their vehicle.

IS38 MK7 GTI booked in for an actuator replacement and Insane Racing ECU file.

Client complained that the vehicle was not holding boost correctly, we started by inspecting all primary causes and diagnosed the actuator to be malfunctioning. We replaced the actuator to resolve the problem and began the tuning process by doing complete health inspection and diagnostic of all common failure points before loading our custom ECU file.

This car was tuned for daily use on pump fuel and produced 250wkw and 486nm of torque with Downpipe only!

This set up is capable of much more power with the correct cooling and fueling set up.

We offer multiple turbo set ups for the MQB platform ranging from 350-750hp!
