Come and try out our Aqua class. Our classes are for all adults of any fitness level. It’s a fun way to exercise which is not strenuous on your joints and you can burn off lots of calories. We have classes on
Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:30am
Or
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-9:30am
We are willing to add more classes as numbers require, so get in contact, first lesson will be free cause we know sometimes people need some persuading 🤗 so we look forward to seeing you next week
