Gorilla Health and Fitness I am a qualified coach and professional sports man. Our coach is Chris Morrow who is a trained, professional coach specialising in early childhood development.

My program will improve your child's gross motor skills as well as introduce them to basic sports skills, improve their self esteem, confidence and concentration. GHFA offers a holistic approach to the introduction of physical fitness and movement for children in the foundation phase. A comprehensive program focused on developing and improving gross motor skills, muscle tone, auditory processing,

hand eye/foot eye coordination, ball skills, formal introduction to sport disciplines and team dynamics, concentration and psychosocial and emotional development on and off the sports field. Contact him for individual classes, groups and programs designed to meet your child’s needs.

We are offically reopening tomorrow starting off at Little Leaders Preschool and Playhouse Play Centre!
