Team Kent Boxing Fitness AT Teamkentboxinginternal,
we specialise in boxing fitness, kickboxing,self defense,weight-loss ,kids thanks so much.

Our sessions are 45 minutes of intensity and 15 minutes of abs and cool down. Our gym is located on 28 Mackeurtan avenue Durban north οΏ½, Durban north. R350 for 1 on 1 private session, R250 each for 2 people training together and R200 each for small group of 3 to maximum of 4 people training together. All rates apply per session due to the fact that we deliver more personal training services,45 minutes to an hour.

It sounds like Teamkentboxinginternational had an awesome and fun Christmas morning Training at 6 AM on Christmas Day, may have seemed a little crazy, but it definitely paid off when everyone could enjoy their Christmas lunch guilt-free!

What a great way to stay committed while still making time for the festive fun! Keep up the amazing work!

It was 29th October 2017 ,one of the memories of the running days in amanzimtoti.
I did 21 km run and out of 1000 plus people, I was 15th.

I finished 21 km at 1 hour 24 minutes .
I miss those days.
Looking at this pic makes me wanna go running again.
I remember I was boxing fit coz I was training myself for a professional boxing boutique/ Fight.

I believe you can set your mind on anything and achieve it if you worked hard and have faith in God .

A few days ago ,you were lost and we were hoping you get found but woke up this morning to a devastating news that you are gone .
I felt tears in my eyes, not gonna lie.

I met mitch before covid in 2019 and through level 3 ,we trained together .
I prepared him for a fight and after covid ,he got in his first fight and it was a draw .

I'm so proud of you Champion ,fly high, you've lived a memorable life doing all your heart desired, played boxing, soccer on the side.

Adventurous is what I say you were, very kind and willing to help anyone in need .
May God bless your soul for a very life lived sharing your love .

Yes we did it ,Uganda finally has another featherweight champion of the world .
Hardworking talent, the new WBC world champion, huge congrats brother.

I'm so happy for Sula because he's achieved something that I couldn't do ,even though my paths went into coaching and fitness training.
God bless Sula Segawa.

Back those days of the Uganda National team training, I got to know Sula through my late dad Musa Kent, who trained him in the national team as an amateur boxer and he became a family friend.

Sula inspires me being humble ,Hardworking and has a good heart .
He usually sends me messages of motivation, endorsing the work I'm doing down here in durban.
That means a lot and keeps me going even harder .

We stop learning!

Finally got my first aid certificate renewal done for a period of 3 years at ETA College durban through HMR training.
One very important piece of document that compliments my skills as a boxing coach and a fitness instructor.

Having attended this seminar, I've continued to learn more techniques and safety measures I could use incase of health complications in my surroundings, either at the gym or when I'm out there.
