WINTER SWIMMING FACTS.
- Swimming keeps the winter bugs at bay. It boosts the immune system, and keeping fit maintains energy levels.
Cold weather doesn't make one sick, Viruses do.

Children don't only drown in Summer. Water confidence saves lives. Drowning is the main cause of death in children under 4 and the second cause behind motor accidents in 5 to 14 year olds.
