Judo is an Olympic sport which is the largest combat sport in the world. It is a part of the physical education system of many countries.
● Modified martial art techniques applied safely without the intention of hurting your opponent, but rather controlling them.
● Does not involve kicking, punching or striking techniques of any kind.
● Yielding to an opponent’s force to imbalance and subdue him.
● Learn to control your feelings, emotions and impulses.
● Learn about values of perseverance, respect, loyalty and discipline.
● Learn to overcome fear and show courage under pressure.
