Armour Fitness Despatch will introduce a AWESOME SPECIAL DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH For those individuals who have neglected their fitness journey or who have fallen off the bandwagon. You will also receive a Specialised training program to get you started depending how many days you can commit to train. The program will also include a body assessment as well as a Session to introduce you to the program.

The SPECIAL WILL ONLY BE LIMITED TO THE 1st 30 people interested. The program will run for 8 weeks and will then be reassed after the period.
