People in Giyani Section D woke up shocked after a local guy slept with someone’s wife and turned into half hyena.The guy, known as Tshepo “Spoko” Mokoena, is a regular at Corner Lounge Tavern. Always loud, always drunk, always saying “angisabi muntu”.

On Monday night, Spoko sneaked into the house of MaChauke, a married woman. Her husband was on night shift.Around 4am, things went wrong.
Spoko tried to stand up and felt pain from the waist down. When the lights were switched on — yoh!From the waist up he was normal.

The man started crying and laughing at the same time like “ihihihi”. Dogs outside answered him .He ran outside wearing a hoodie, trying to hide hyena legs. People at Giyani Taxi Rank saw him hopping and screamed.
Kids shouted:
“Hau! Is that umuntu or isilwane?”

By 10am Spaza shops closed. Old gogos prayed. One guy fainted.
By 12pm, Spoko disappeared. Some say he ran to Bushbuckridge. Others say he crossed the border into Mozambique to look for spiritual help.
