Firehouse Gym, Daleside

Come and support us on the 1st of October. We are hosting a Strongman competition at the Firehouse Gym in Daleside. We expect +- 30 competitors and hundreds of spectators. There will be food stalls available. If anyone wants to book a stall, contact me. If anyone wants to compete, the weight categories are 70-80kg, 81-90kg, 91-100kg, 101-110kg, 111-120 kg it will also be a fundraiser for the Breakfree Rehab in Cullinan. They work hand in hand with the Daleside Volunteers.
The event starts at 8:30 a.m. 80 Kroonarend str., Daleside.

28 January 1970 was the worst day in the history of Daleside. 23 children were killed when a train hit a school bus on the Henley crossing. This year it will be 50 years ago. We want to invite anyone who has known Johan Le Roux or his family, to come and have brunch with his mother, brother and sister at their old house, Bokmakierie 72/1 . If you know anyone who might have known them or any of the survivors, please let them make contact with me. Leon 0832297127 It is free of charge. We want to invite everyone to come and join us for a memorial service Sunday the 2 Feb at 10h00 at the memorial lane at Highbury house 196 Bokmakierie. The service wil be conducted by Rev M Beukes. Good day to my fellow gyme fans 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️. I know its winter and no one wants to exercise in this cold ❄. But let's not think of the cold but of our bodies. We need to keep exercising especially during the winter with all the extra food we take it. Why just have a summer body..when you can have a all year round body 💪🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Fun day for the youth. 26th of January. Time 10:00. We will be playing verious sports like table tennis🏓,volleyball🏐, badminton 🏸 etc. There will be food available to buy and there will be our usual hot dogs we give out 🌭.
