Sisonke Elite Football Project is rebranding itself as of this week and changing the logo as well as the name to Project .

The new logo and name will highlight the Project’s commitment to "create value, innovate, and maintain highest global standards".

The new name now is Coach Nkanyiso Elite Football Training. New LOGO will be finished in early June.

Just as children must be taught to tie their shoes, read and write, solve math problems, and understand science concepts and events in history, so must they be guided in developing the qualities of character that are valued by their families, professional Clubs and by the communities in which they live.

It is only through guidance and modeling by our caring coaches that children learn to be honest and thoughtful, to stand up for their principles, to care about others, to act professionally, responsibly and to make sound choices.❤

We’ll support you sure, but we’ll also stretch you. We will really stretch you. We’ll stretch you with our tough to accomplish activities. With hard to attain goals. We love to see smiles here, but we also want to see sweat. And not just physical sweat, mental sweat too.

Boy, we're gonna stretch you...we're gonna be demanding. We're going to take you out of your comfort zone when you train and practice...we're going to explore ugly. With us you’ll practice deliberately, intentionally - we’ll strip your game back and work out together what you need to focus on to become the best you can be. But be assured...we'll always have your back with the best psychological and social support there is!

On the basis of social support, you’ll get life skills from us as well. We know that the old war cry of “You’ve gotta show character” is so old school and incorrect. It’s not character we’ll help you develop...it’s the ability to flex your personality characteristics that we’ll focus on. Everyone has human characteristics that help and hinder them. Well, we’ll help you work out how to shift the characteristics that hold you back.

We’re also big into finding your optimal motivation pattern. We understand that most coaches and players are heavily socialised into extrinsic motivators - outcome and performance. Well we appreciate these exist, but we aim to broaden motivation towards the intrinsic...towards autonomy, cooperation and mastery.

And that last word sums it up for us. Here we’ll help you pursue mastery.
