If you haven't cycled in the Cederberg, better put it down as a must-do when the travel restrictions are lifted.

Took a massive fall yesterday on the downhill. Ribs and shoulder bruised, head first against the rocks. Big thanks to for keeping my head safe. Hope to be back on the bike again soon.
