Took a massive fall yesterday on the downhill. Ribs and shoulder bruised, head first against the rocks. Big thanks to for keeping my head safe. Hope to be back on the bike again soon.

Thrilled after finishing my first mtb event in my own backyard. The was well organised, loads of fun to ride and just an all round awesome event.
