Vandag 'n jaar terug begin die klient oefen by nadat sy Janine Coetzee se Marvelous Me Makeover gewen het.

Ek is altyd gelukkig om kliente te kry wat nog nooit geoefen het nie of nie eintlik hou van oefen nie💪🏼

En hier begin ons toe die pad stap... Small changes, big results!!

Slegs met 2 dumbbells en 'n oefen mat sien Willemien Olivier dadelik results. Ons verander klein goedjies aan haar eetplan, maar eintlik pair ons net haar kos beter en ek maak seker dat sy actually genoeg eet.

'n jaar later en 10 kg's minder op die skaal maar eintlik soveel meer as net die skaal wat minder wys. Jy is nou fiks en sterk en ek is so trots op jou!! Baie dankie vir jou flippen harde werk, even jou honde is nou deel van my movement, want hulle is mos jou cardio buddies💪🏼

Teaspoon peanut butter (I use sugar and salt free) Visfabriek has an amazing tasting peanut butter for very cheap😋
Topped with honey and cinnamon
