This past week definitely hurt my 100% Made cut stat for the season.😐 Unfortunately that's how this crazy sport works.

These tournaments are all about steady golf. 2 solid days of steady golf and I'd make a cut on any tour in the world. Sadly this week it didn't go as planned with a sorry start of +6 to get my week started. Can't say I that I knew what was wrong, it just happens. Some times we make up and downs, sometimes we don't.

Came back on day 2 pretty well and was -3 after 11 holes and was on track for another cut made when the course decided on something else. Ended up with a round of 73. Not fantastic but better performance than day 1.

Unfortunately a M/C can happen.. but it's how I learn and take something out from this that will make me even better..

Hopefully by tomorrow at Windgate Park for the next edition of the IGT race to Q scool.

First tournament of the new year complete... First Cut made! Loving this 100% cut made stat 😎🤣

Played pretty solid the first 2 days after lying T-26 @ level par. Was actually -5 with 3 holes to play on day 2 but the course had other plans for me coming down the final straight where I ended up -2 for the round. Still chuffed as it was my best round in a competitive tournament since turning pro last year.

Sadly day 3 went the opposite direction and pretty much nothing worked the way it should of. Was well over par through the first 5 holes and tried stopping the bleeding which I managed to do. It how ever undid all the hard work from the previous 2 days so ended up dropping to 59th by the end of the tournament.

As poorly as I played on the final day, I'm thrilled with my performance the first 2 days and it was exactly what I needed going into the next event coming up tomorrow at Silver Lakes!

With a full 124 man field, I'm looking to carry on the good form I had the first 2 days this previous week.
Will update you all as I go otherwise track my movements on the igtgolf.org website.

Shout out to Go Zone Water (White River) for keeping me well hydrated and ready to play my best! Another massive thanks must go out to the Gary Players Class for making it all possible for me to follow my dream . Your support is much Appreciated!

Good time off this holiday, put in some good hours on the range and ready for the Big Easy IGT race to tour school starting tomorrow! I feel a good season coming up starting in March at the 2019/2020 Sunshine Tour Q-School ! Will update as I go! Please like and share my page
