Our next 8 week challenge will be starting on the 8 March, there are a few options for the 8 week challenge.
1. Nutrition program only: Already training and you only want to add the 8 week nutrition challenge. 2. Full 8 week challenge: The full 8 week challenge we do a full consultation, functional movement screening and body assessment with you. You will join the art of undieting nutrition plan with a nutrition coach with weekly zoom workshops and WhatsApp groups to keep you on track with the nutrition. You also get Inbody scale checkups every two weeks to make sure we making progress along the way. You can attend any of our available classes for the duration of the 8 weeks. We have Functional fitness, Crossfit as well as various boxing, Kickboxing or Muaythai classes you can attend. You need to attend at least 3 sessions per week, but you can chose whichever classes you want to attend. You will need to attend a consultation with one of the coaches for the 8 week challenge info to determine the cost. Cost is anywhere between R997 to R4400 for the full program. They will do the assessment with you to see if you will be a fit for the program, and provide you with all the info and costing depending on what your goals and results from the assessments are during the consultation. 3. Body measurements and Inbody checks with nutrition program: So if you already training but want help with your nutrition and the body assessments along the way with the 8 week challenge cost will be R1897. You will get the full nutrition program on no 1 plust the body assessments at the start and end, with the Inbody scale measurements every second week to check your progress along the way.
