We’ve been waiting for the right time to turn it up.

Not because we weren’t ready to grow — but because we weren’t prepared to grow at the expense of what makes SMASH special.

For the past two years, we’ve been building, testing, learning and refining every part of our operational model. From how we recruit and develop coaches, to how sessions are planned, delivered and measured. From the technology behind the scenes to the experience a child has when they arrive at training.

Because opening more academies is easy.

Opening more academies while protecting the standard of every single session is the hard part.

We wanted to know that whether a child walks into a SMASH Academy in George, Johannesburg, Cape Town or anywhere else in the country, they experience the same energy, the same attention to detail and the same commitment to their development.

We didn’t want to scale quickly.

We wanted to scale properly.

And after two years of refining the model, building the systems and proving that they work…

We believe the time has arrived.

It’s time to turn it up. 🚀
