But no Comrades story is written alone.

To every Skillies athlete lining up for the Comrades Marathon tomorrow: trust your training, believe in yourself, and enjoy every step of this incredible journey.

A special thank you to our incredible supporters, seconders, volunteers at our support stations, and the families and friends who have stood behind our runners every step of the way. Your encouragement, patience, sacrifices, and unwavering belief make all the difference. Comrades is not run alone – it takes a village, and we are grateful for each and every one of you. 💚

We have officially entered the single-digits countdown! The months of alarm clocks going off in the dark, the grueling weekend back-to-backs, and the endless sacrifices are all behind you. It is time to narrow your gaze and lock in.

On 14 June 2026, the global running community will descend upon the start line to face 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲. This year, it's the legendary Up Run, a brutal but beautiful test of human grit.

As race day draws near, focus on what matters most: rest well, stay healthy, trust your training, and take care of your body. Every bit of recovery now is an investment in a strong race day performance.
