FRIDAY FUNDAY!

When Sensei says, “Sit in Seiza”… and suddenly everyone’s having a completely different internal conversation.

🦵 “My knees are not okay…”

We’ve all had THAT class!

The funny thing? Those quiet moments in seiza are where karate teaches some of its biggest lessons—discipline, patience, focus, and respect.
