FLEXAFIT SOUTH AFRICA - Figure Skater Bootcamp, is a sport specific fitness program for figure skaters, designed by Signe Ronke from Canada to help skaters prevent injuries and improve performance on the ice. The program incorporates strength & conditioning, agility & speed, power & fast twitch, balance & stability and flexibility & mobility training.
