Hi everyone and welcome to Pilates at The Oval. I have been wanting to create this page for a long time and so glad I finally got round to it. The intention behind this page is to stay in touch with all my super awesome clients and so that new people can see what our studio is all about!!!!!!

Such a fun class last week with a little visitor - marmite!!!!! Smitten with mom he even took part in the class and listened very carefully :o)
