Istunt Academy is a training center that facilitates acrobatic training, martial arts, functional fitness, parkour, strength and conditioning, gymnastics and many other disciplines. We are a facility aimed at giving members a place to train indoors with a environment that is safe, clean and friendly. Its allows them to practice tricking to high falls in order to simply stay in shape and sharp to get better.

CIA Course (Core in Action)
This course will be covering most of the basics that are required in Stunt work.
This course will also be focusing on fitness levels, core routines which are key fundamentals for Stunt work.

Calling on all background performers who are interested in becoming action extras. This course will teach you the basic fundamentals required for set work and a little bit more.
