Carbon fiber composite components for the Sports, marine, and automotive industry. The Zeal Stand up Paddle Boards (SUP’s) is the first of many high tech products to come. The vision for Zeal surf is to provide world class, industry leading waterborne sports equipment for the local and international market. Zeal SUP’s are a result of a year of R&D prototype testing, combined 30 years surfing and 12 years of cutting edge carbon composite experience and manufacturing technique brought together with CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, 3 axis CNC machining and the latest manufacturing technologies. Out entry point into the market is the high performance APEX Pro Carbon surf SUP, but with plans to quickly expand the range to cover all aspects of Stand-up paddle boarding. We do also offer a custom made option if we don't have a product that is perfectly suited to you.

The Zeal Surf Stand up Paddle Boards, Carbon Sandwich Short and Long-boards, foiling boards and hydrofoils are the first of many high tech products to come. The vision for Zeal surf is to provide world class, industry leading, locally made custom composite water craft for the world. Zeal Products are a result of 5 years of R&D prototype testing, 50 years of combined surfing experience and 16 years of cutting edge carbon composites technology. This is all brought together with Computer Aided Design software, 3 axis CNC machining and the latest manufacturing techniques. We specialize in custom made products if we don't have a product that is perfectly suited to you.
