Available at all Virgin Actives over weekends and public holidays. Available everyday at Cape Town Virgin Active (lower long street)
Sessions also offered in the comfort of your own home. Packages :

One on one training - R220 per session (55 minute sessions)

One on one training - R190 per session (45 minute sessions)

One on one training - R170 per session (35 minute sessions)

Two on one sessio

ns - R135 per person

Group Sessions (3 or more) - R110 per person

Home Sessions - R200 per session (Location dependent)
