Instead of using machines, we use basic equipment such as kettle bells, TRX and battling ropes, boxing bags, box jumps and other functional body weight exercises. We have a different fitness philosophy, housing some of the best ex professional athletes with a good understanding of fitness and training. We offer a combination of personal training and fitness group exercise classes with no more than

five people at a time. Point Break Fitness is a Cape Town-based private personal training facility whose specialty is focused, functional, personal training. We create and implement individualised fitness programs designed to achieve our clients' fitness objectives safely and efficiently. Each trainer offers a comprehensive selection of both traditional and cutting-edge exercise disciplines. With a customized training plan for each client, we are able to combine exercises to increase core strength, stamina and improve overall fitness and health, regardless of your current fitness level. Our approach will challenge and motivate you, getting to your immediate and long-term fitness goals.
