Personal training service with private studio

We can guarantee a full body workout for maximum results. We don’t do the normal boring genetic training that most gyms offer. We get your heart rate up and your muscles burning through a combination of the following:

MATD – Martial arts training drills
FFD – Functional fitness drills
SCT – Static core training
SMT – Strength mobility training
HIIT – High intensity interval training

We use these training methods as a guide and not a rule. Every person is different and so every person needs a specific program to help them reach their goals.

In addition to fitness, we also offer Taekwon-Do & Haidong Gumbo martial arts and self defense private classes.

Are you serious about your health and fitness?

Join us for a full body online exercise session that will suit your time and pocket.

We do a combination of:

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
MAFD - Martial Arts Fitness Drills
DCST - Deep Core Static Training
BWRT - Body Weight Resistance Training

Classes are hard, but you go at your own pace. The goal is to do what you can, rest when you need it and jump back in and give it your all.

You get out what you put in.

Join our free Friday sessions and try it out. It doesn't matter your age or fitness level. Our online fitness trainer can modify any exercise to benefit your fitness level and get you the results you need.

If you are shy and would like to keep your camera off, that is also completely fine but you would get more out if the trainer can see you.

All you will need is a internet connection and 1m x 2m floor space.

Cost is R350 per person joining per month for unlimited classes.
Times are Monday to Saturday from 8am and Monday to Friday from 5:30pm
