Instructors have a deep and comprehensive understanding of how to help you become the best mountain biker you can be. Whether you are a mother, daughter, professional athlete, beginner, weekend warrior or anywhere in-between we offer skills clinics for newcomers who want to be introduced to the sport and also more advanced riders who want to push past their skill plateau. We welcome you with arms wide open to join us as we ride with supportive friends and help sharpen your MTB skills. OUR GOAL FOR YOU

We want you to walk away with a newfound confidence within yourself, a new set of skills and a deeper understanding of mountain biking. Our hope is that you will be inspired to take what you’ve learnt and experienced and share that with other women so that together we can get more girls on bikes. OUR MISSION

We know Mountain Biking can be scary and intimidating and we want to help you see past that fear and experience the fun. As professional instructors we give you the tools to stay safe on your bike, fuel you to challenge yourself and believe that if you follow the steps you can achieve all the fun on your bike. HOW WE DEFINE SUCCESS

We are all vulnerable, we all fail and we all make mistakes. So together we try, fail and try again, remembering that we always striving for progression not perfection and that progression is achieved by practice. WOW!!! What an amazing 3 days of learning, connecting and empowering one another!

Thank you all for trusting me to guide you through your BICP Certification journey and for bringing such awesome energy to the course 🤩 You were such a fun, humble group! Open, supportive, full of laughter, and totally committed right till the very last minute 🙌

It was an intense weekend, but the way everyone showed up for themselves and for each other made it truly special. I learnt something from each of you. You’ve all inspired my heart to be a better coach and human 💚

Life has not been easy this year but if we’ve learned anything from it, it’s that there’s so much to be grateful for 🙏🏼 We get to connect with the most beautiful people through this sport. ✨We hold space for each other to open our hearts and share our stories (the messy and the magnificent). ✨We support each other with no judgement so we can show up for ourselves with courage. ✨We learn from one another (as coaches we are always learning from you too). ✨In this space we grow and rise together through the uncomfortable moments.

Life may feel a little uncomfortable right now too but always remember that sometimes the darkest times can bring us to the brightest places 🌒🌖 This time will pass and we will make it through. You’ve made it this far. You can make it through whatever comes next. May mountain biking always remind you of that! ✌️
