The impact of the possible "Phase 1 Houmoed Avenue" Roadwork Project would be a catastrophe for all the wetlands from our precious Valley.

These wetlands are the last "nursery refugee" for our already endangered Leopard Toad.

Our wetlands also have a roughly R13,000,000/year economical value:
They are a natural way to clean the water that flows in them.

On top of that their ecological value is unique in Our Valley.

It is absolutely necessary to PROTECT them for us and for our future generations!
