With over two decades of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Brandon Hoffman, aka (ProfHoff) is a dedicated instructor and accomplished competitor who began his journey in Brazil, the birthplace of the art.

Training exclusively in Brazil from white belt through black belt, he developed his foundation under the country’s highly competitive and traditional Jiu-jitsu culture.

He earned his black belt in 2013 after years of intensive training and competition.

Now in his 13th year as a black belt, he brings deep technical knowledge and authentic Brazilian Jiu-jitsu experience to his students.

During his competitive career in Brazil, he became a three-time state champion, demonstrating both technical excellence and commitment to the sport.

Since 2014, he has been teaching in Cape Town, where he is passionate about sharing authentic Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and helping students of all levels grow on and off the mats.

Jenna is a Sport Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a focus on rehabilitation, return-to-performance, and athletic development. With an academic background in Human Anatomy & Physiology and Exercise Science, and practical experience working within high-performance environments including the Stormers, she bridges the gap between rehab and elite performance.

Her approach integrates sports science, strength training, and rehabilitation principles to help athletes and individuals move better, build resilience, and perform at their highest level.

Jenna works with a wide spectrum of clients, from injured individuals rebuilding strength, to competitive athletes looking to improve speed, power, and durability in their sport.

Muay Thai coach

May 2022, at the young age of 32, I set foot on a plane for the first time and left behind a safe office job, friends, and family to try my hand in Muay Thai. A challenge to myself to see if I could fight, and maybe even become a coach.

On 6 May 2022 I joined Sitjemam Muay Thai, and 6 weeks later I had my first fight.

Over the next 3 years years I had over 30 fights for Sitjemam Muay Thai as a sponsored fighter, performing on stages like Rajadamnern, Lumpinee, Thai Fight League, The Kings Cup and Cambodia.

This was by far the most challenging thing I have done, but also the most rewarding. Along the way I was also able to coach and corner people from around the world, from first time fighters to fighters levels above me. Celebrating other people's success and sharing in their losses.
