Our FREE 12 week walking program designed by Sports Physicians, Hajj Medicine Experts, and Accredited Trainers to help you prepare physically for this blessed journey.

If you've already registered, please attend the compulsory assessment to join the program - online registrations are now closed.

Time: 10 AM - 3 PM

What to Expect at the Assessment:
Compulsory Medical Evaluation and Walk Test
Expert advice tailored to improve your physical preparation for Hajj.

Loose-fitting clothes (preferably sportswear)
Comfortable takkies or walking shoes
