Testing everything for our Friday night movie at our very first Netball Camp! 🍿🏐🎬

We’re so excited to end an action packed day of drills with a special movie night! We’ll be watching Inside Out and using it as a fun way to help our Goal Getters understand the different emotions they experience in sport like excitement, fear, disappointment, frustration, confidence, and joy.

Learning the game is important, but learning how to manage your emotions is what helps you grow into a stronger athlete, teammate, and person. 💛🩷💜

Meet Handré! He has officially joined the team… although he seems to have fallen asleep on the job already. 😴🍼

Don’t worry, everyone Eslo is still in charge of all our admin, and she will be replying to all WhatsApps and emails on Monday.

Thank you for your patience while we enjoy a little holiday break.
