Two months ago, I lost my brother and my niece within the space of one week. The pain never truly leaves, but neither do the memories.

On my birthday today, I dedicate this training session to both of you. Thank you for every memory, every lesson, and every moment we shared. You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten.

I’ll keep fighting, just as you would want me to.
