Whether your little one is just getting comfortable putting their face in, or your water polo star is chasing their next PB, there's a spot in the pool for them this term.

Shoulder Mobility & Strength holiday clinic is on 🏊‍♀️

You can't add power to unstable shoulders — that's an injury waiting to happen. Three sessions before term kicks back in, built to fix exactly that.

💙 Dear WaterBourne family — we'll be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 12 May.

The next cold front is rolling in tonight 🌬️, the Western Cape Government has closed all schools across the province 🏫, and we're still sorting out some storm damage to our roof 🔧.

We know it's frustrating and we miss you all already! But your safety — and getting our pool back in perfect shape for you — is what matters most right now. 🙏

Due to the severe storm currently moving through our area, we have made the decision to close the swim school for today. The heavy rain and strong winds make it unsafe for anyone to be out on the roads, and the safety of our families and coaches always comes first. 🙏
